UPDATED REVIEW PENDING but my pending review is below: I have spoken to Sarah who told me they have to pay Stamp Duty. So in effect the Seller has to pay the Any House Wanted Stamp Duty which is clearly unfair.
AVOID AT ALL COST.
My house sold 4 years ago for £635,000 but sadly the buyers chain collapsed. I recently put it on the market again for a bargain price of just £600,000.
Alarmingly Any House Wanted only offered me £400,000 because they want to make up to £200,000 profit. They are SHARKS AVOID AT ALL COST AS THEIR GOAL IS TO RIP YOU OFF AND MAKE SIGNIFICANT PROFIT

Kappa and his colleagues were very helpful from the beginning.
A very quick process from the initial conversation. 10% deposit was paid on time and was very helpful in the moving process. The original offer price given didn't change.
If anyone is looking to sell their house quick, I would definitely reccomend Any House Wanted.
