This company should be avoided at all costs. I think the reviews have been written by the company themselves because the carers are absolutely absolutely useless. None of them seem to have any training as they don?t even know how to use a slide sheet. They have no common sense or hygiene standards. They are lazy and completely useless. No matter how many times you explain to them what to do, they will still forget, they have an inability to retain information. I would not even allow them to look after my dog let alone family. Shelly is very rude and arrogant. If you tell her what her carers are doing her usual reply is ?what can I do they are useless, I keep telling them what to do but they don?t understand?. How about actually training your staff and having standards of behaviour?

Since having nayla and farzana looking after my mom, as a family we can honestly say the girls are absolutely amazing and we would be lost without them. Janet would like to tell you that the girls are the highlight of all of our nights and the care they have been giving her since day one is amazing. The girls and many other carers are underrated and under paid. Xx

Can't thank these enough for what they did for my nan always showed up on time very polite,always ask if there was anything else I need doing always made sure they never left with out getting a smile of my nan and also trying to cheer me up as best they could would definitely recommend if it wasn't for hansa and Adele I wouldn't of been able to cope with everything on my own there was another 2 ladies but I did get there names.

We have 2 carers come in first thing and then again lunchtime. Hansa and Adel are amazing. They bring a smile to my dad's face every morning. When dad took a bad turn I would have been lost without them. They are an absolute credit to carers everywhere. If only they all worked like these 2 do. The care system would be a lot safer and happier place.??

We have carers who come in a few times during the day to help look after mum. Our carers, Adel and Hansa are amazing. They always go the extra mile, are always cheerful and raise mum's spirits. My dad who was resisting getting carers is very pleased with them too. Their presence has made life a bit easier and gives us peace of mind that mum is being well cared for. I would highly recommend Alpine care services for the exceptional in home care services. The staff Hansa and Adel in particular were very professional and attentive to my mother?s needs. They were amazing towards mum and kept her happy at very visit. My mother used to look forward for these 2 particular staff bless them. The care administrative team was also helpful and responsive. I am grateful for their exceptional service and peace of mind they provided. Thank you

They did this in front of camera too\\n\\nStay clear of them.\\n\\nCamera say it all
