Worst customer service
Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. I drove from Rubery to Northfield Aldi, arrived exactly at 4:00 pm when the gate was open, but I was not allowed to enter. Instead of being helpful or polite, the staff pushed me back and spoke to me with bad words. Very disappointing and completely unacceptable behaviour.

Staff are friendly and helpful good variety of goods to choose from be careful of the special buy section you may end up coming out with more than you went in for lots of hidden little gems there, the only thing I would critique is the parking at peak times so I would avoid the after work rush and weekends set out early or even a little later in the evening to make sure you get a good parking spot but great store I use it regularly

The manager on duty this morning was extremely rude and displayed racist behaviour. Some of the stuff was also rude and discriminatory. The manager claimed that the store conducts random checks, but the only people being checked despite purchasing the same items are others-were Black customer

Plenty of choice

It is so small not enough in here, I prefer to travel to other Aldi shops because this is small, it has limited things for people of different cultures this shop is aimed predominantly for one specific culture. Not enough vegan options like in the other Aldi stores across Birmingham such as hall green, alum rock, edgbaston cricket ground they are way much more nicer and they have been renovated already with their new fridges.
This one has yet to be renovated and could do with a new layout and new fridges, they need to make advantage of their staff. I hope Aldi can become like Lidl and get self checkout sections cuz waiting for only one till is beyond ridiculous now. And even when they do open up a new till it?s like for two customers and then they shut it down again it?s so annoying!
