The staff are shockingly rude. I have been to many locations but I find the staff here the rudest out of all of them. Not all of them but some are so stuck up it beggars belief. Miserable and rude. You hear them sometimes talking ill of customers and talking down to customers. You try and be nice to them but they don?t change. This Aldi is changing and has more Asian customers than what it did before and some of the staff are clearly enraged by this. I?m very heard a staff member have a go at a customer because the customer didn?t say thank you. I?ve heard a staff member say under the breath well if we had it we?d put it out wouldn?t we. I?ve heard a staff member say this customers always here for the nuts. I?ve heard staff berate customers for not saying thank you and he openly shouted it out by saying no please or thank you (something along those lines). I?ve heard a staff members berate customers openly and privately (they thought it was private but you can hear them). It?s a shame because some staff are nice here but about 4 of them are the worst I?ve seen. By the way it?s constant with these 4 all the time. They look miserable and they look at you like you?re an enemy of mammoth proportions. I dislike coming to this Aldi the most. Serious, serious issues with the some staff. Smile at people and be nice after all if the customers stop coming to this Aldi you?re going to be out of a job.

I?ve been coming here for years and today was the first time i experience such horrible customer service from the Indian guy with earrings who wears a durag he wouldnt allow me to take a basket to my car parked outside in disabled bay my shopping was too heavy he was incredibly rude, racist and dismissive. Eventually another customer helped me and this particular Aldi staff member laughter and snickered at me and gave me a hostile and evil look as thought my suffering was amusing he was such a horrible person he shouldn?t be working in such a role his behaviour was intimidating and hostile

I do my usual weekly shop in Aldi. I always find it frustrating as often there is a product I like and buy regularly but then it isn't stocked for months on end and sometimes never again.
