Went for shopping last Sunday the 13th, me and my family has encountered the guy name obaid who was at checkout till, doesn't have any training or professionalism shown in his act, didn't bother to say hello or whatever, found him quit ignorant, to me its feel like he doesn't like to welcome Asian or brown people even he is from same background too but he might not like his culture or blame parents whatever but any way long story short, I just advise to Aldi management to please allow only those staff members sitting in checkouts who are having pleasant and helpful personalities but not like obaid type guys. Hopefully, Aldi will listen and act.

Unprofessional staff restocking shelfs and going around you with the large pull crates as through your invisible, not waiting for me to move out the way.
Absolutely nothing on the shelf, products you can not get in this store
The shop floor is filthy, the black trolley is dirty. The self-service is absolutely disgusting with the built-up of dirty.
Health and safety checks are required in this store .
This is one Aldi store. I will not be going back to into this particular store.

Since last week, the supermarket has got rid of there Baskets only the pull along ones or the Trolleys, I do not plays games I told an assistant that they are too big for my needs. Not every one needs a truck to put several items in. Customer care. No one cares.

I understand that self-checkout machines can be convenient for some, but they should remain an option, not a necessity. Many customers, especially after a long day at work, do not want to act as cashiers and scan their own groceries. Shopping should be a smooth and effortless experience, not an additional task.
