Use Aldi all the time now. Friendly staff and helpful. Great produce just need to apply change to your shopping habits. I like it here, and also close to home.

Staff here is amazing, I live across the street therefore I do my groceries here on daily basis. Unfortunately, they don?t have a halal mini-range, nor fresh bakery or international food mini-section ( polish, Romanian, etc like asda and Tesco for example have). Perhaps half of the shop is based on sweets, snaks, sweets, which is sad. Due to the limited variations I have to go daily on other supermarkets instead of taking advantage that I have the supermarket at my doorstep and it?s frustrating..

Today, I had one of the worst customer service experiences since moving to the UK. I went into ALDI to buy a bottle of Alska, an alcohol-free drink. The sales assistant?a woman with dark hair and brown skin?asked for my ID, assuming I looked under 25, even though I?m over 30! She then left the till to serve other customers, leaving me waiting for over 10 minutes. When I showed her a photo of my passport on my phone, she said I needed the physical document, then walked away again. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, I left empty-handed. Her tone was rude and unprofessional; she seemed to have no sense of customer service. ALDI really let me down today.
