Apart from the bad basmati and jasmine rice that was basically not basmati and jasmine rice, ALDI is good to go.
The things are well-priced when compared with other stores in the middle of The Brum. I mean, you can't compare with the price of things around Colmore Row. I didn't name names, so... hehehehe.
There is the parking space, just in case you fall in love with the prices and decide to buy all of ALDI. Customer service is good, too.
Give them a shot, if you're in the area.

Just a regular supermarket. Seems to be consistently stocking the shelves. They got self check out which is speeds the checkout. They have quite lot of meat and it?s massively ultra processed food. Still has some competitive prices.

The Aldi in newtown need to work on their customers service. One of the managers is extremely rude. I have never seen anyone so rude in my life. The attitude she displays around the customers is unbelievable. I have seen her sarcasm and rude ways towards other customers too. There is also a sign outside clearly saying on sundays that they open half an hour early for browsing, but at 10:54, they are still not open. My son, who is 6, knocked on the window and someone inside the unopened store yelled at him. Sort it out Aldi. Please!

If I can give them zero Star I would have done
The worst customer service I have ever seen
Majority of the staff deals with the customers as beggars and not mentioning the scale of rudeness that's beyond imagination
I hope this review reaches Aldi area manager

Ok, can be busy at times shoppers do block the isles with their trolleys which is annoying.

Aldi always has good prices, good offers, and lovely products. Unfortunately, aisles are many times blocked by large containers with either cartoons for recycling, either products in containers/boxes leaved in the way.
Or, maybe just happened i come at the bad time.
