I walked in for 1st time ever, had trouble with a poker machine,,was told rudely by a young member of staff that was reluctant to help me that I must be at fault.I won't go there againIm 60 and wouldn't recommend gambling as a career move. OkayAnd I wouldn't recommend this venue for anyone's entertainment.

Me and my husband have visited on a few occasions and found the team to spend the majority of their time gossiping at the front of the venue with no regard for service, and to top it off, the security guard (caucasian male) that works there regularly spends the majority of his time sitting on the gaming chairs either gossiping...
