Shop assistant very rude and unwilling to provide a service which should be provided as it is a paypoint service and by mot providing it apparently he is in breech of the paypoint contract which I was told by someone at paypoint when I called to report it. When I went back to the shop and explained that paypoint had said they have to provide the service and if need be the assistant could call them but he refused to listen and ordered me from the store swearing at me as he did so disgusting behavior if I could rate less I would because one of the other reviews was correct when it said that alit of young men gather there at night which makes u feel uneasy they seem a bit dodgy to me the way they gather at the side alley to the shop looking sneaky. If the shop or assistants had any sense they would move them on but they either don't care or have something to gain themselves. Assistants never have respect for women especially the daytime staff.

I visit this Store time to time i go there for snacks & Fizzy drinks.. today i visited this Store on 08/08/22 9.30pm - 10.00pm around that time I was looking around the fizzy drinks area i picked a bottle of Lucazade then just looking for other selections but didn't find what i wanted.. suddenly i turn around heading to the counter the shop keeper with white shirt on was staring at me and i mean he was absolutely monitoring me while i was selecting a drink soo right behind me he was monitoring me then suddenly when i turned round he quickly went to the next counter.. i ask him politely why was you Physically monitoring me while I was shopping. He denied he was but he also did this with me last time this was the second time and i felt i had to say something. Its not nice when a customer shops around then having shop keeper staring watching monitoring you while you shop It's a disgusting behaviour. Anyway i confronted him about it i said you have a big cctv you can monitor why are you Physically watching mee he said it's his job to do so. And said if i don't like that don't come back to the shop. Very bad behaviour. I will not goo back to this shop as i feel i was violated.

If I could rate lower I would.The night worker has a massive attitude, especially with my female partner. If a man approaches the window at night, he will open up and serve proudly.If my female partner asks to be served, she's usually met with swearing, a refusal to open the window (so she cannot hear him) and then mocks her for being unable to hear him. Even going as far as to try and slap the little serving window onto her fingers once he finally opened it and finished the transaction. I've had to be on call countless times while she's being served and had to listen to the disgusting way she's treated each night (but it's the closest 24 hour store so there's not many other options for someone who's scared to walk alone at night)If they got rid of their night server, the place would be brilliant.Hopefully this place drops the bad egg or this guy turns his attitude around and stops acting too big for his boots.P.S. If you spot your kids with elf bars and other disposable vapes, chances are they got them from this place. Can't believe the amount of kids begging for 50p when I get off the bus from work in the mornings.

After working on the house i fell asleep exhausted and woke up at 5am starving with no food in the house. Found this place on here a mile from my house. Really friendly guy and an absolute lifesaver for some lamb samosas and pakora. Highly recommend!!

Horrible attitude from young worker in early morning, being shouted I am not gonna be served any more in future, which country I am coming from.I shopping there regularly early morning because is it nearest shop,this morning when I was shopping and paid I change my mind and finally get coffee at last,he start shouting at me and told it's illegal.

Refused to sort out bus pass for me. Needed it to travel to work. Sorted it out many times in past from here, with no problems but not today.Made excuses about my photo not right for my swift card. Had to go into town.The people at West Midlands travel office said that my photo was alright to use for my swift card bus pass.Just being difficult for no reason?

24 hrs shop with a little higher prices but very important in the night times. Funny thing is that this shop open the door at 9.00 AM and most of shops in the area are open at 7.00. Until 9.00 you can only buy products by the window
