Since getting my Groomsmen fitted for their suits and having one small size issue, Kamran has been nothing but attentive and diligent in getting the issue resolved. He has been proactive in getting in contact with me and reassuring that the problem will be resolved.The store itself has a massive range of stock to choose from at sensible prices. “Another retro shop at Oasis that worth visiting once and then especially because they have pretty good deals and gorgeous dresses. The only thing I don't like about Shop! is that most of these lovely dresses are for petit sized women. As I am a curvy girl I struggled to find my number. Well, not their fault, anyway! Their jewellery accessories are just a mint! I spend hours looking at their collections and simply can not decide what to get. The Lego accessories such as bracelets and watches are not my cup of tea but they are really funny pieces to have a look at. Shop! can be a good option if you are looking for something different without being too over the top.”

“My daughter bought a pair of shoes which she had problems with the insoles moving she went into Acocks Green store where the customer service assistant told her that she couldn't help her as it was wear and tear. Then my daughter went into the shoe zone store in kingsheath and spoke to a very nice, polite guy called Richard who refunded the shoes on the spot. The stores layout is excellent and inviting.”

“Quite expensive but the organisation of the store was great! Each brand had their own section in the store. This made it much easier to find brands that I was looking for. Other than that, it's basically a general store of branded clothing. But the organisation was the most unique about it.”

“Love it, Love it, LOVE IT! I went there for a mooch and ended up walking out with a beautiful vintage fur coat. The proprietor Virginia was extraordinarily helpful-I had no idea there was so much to vintage clothing care wise. She also offers an alteration service which is very convenient! I loved all the bits and pieces in Gingermegs- some exquisite dresses, scarves, bags, jewellery, china teasets! and my favourite furs and kimonos which will definitely be my next buy. Go there- its a lovely little oasis in the rush of Custard Factory and Virginia's knowledge about materials and their upkeep will never leave you! Thank you again! :D”
