“I love this place, get a lot of my clothes here as it's very affordable!! Came today and bought a lovely thick warm winter coat at 26 pounds and gloves two pairs for 1 pound and mittens which I saw online and nice scarf warm for winter at only 7 pounds with a check design!! Great store so much choice, could spend all day in here, lovely helpful woman on cash desk didn't catch her name but she was Asian, also bought my mum socks for Christmas - can't fault this place, nice!!?”

“David & his team we’re fantastic from start to finish sorting out the 7 suits we wanted for our wedding. The service levels & professionalism by everyone in the store is exceptional. We all looked very dapper from top to bottom with everything being sourced from Slater’s. I honestly can’t recommend them enough even down to the little adjustments by Cameron upstairs we had the most awesome day & everybody loved the suits. “Absolutely lovely people there. I went there today with my carer, to get two piercings, and tbh I was really anxious because I'm disabled and use a wheelchair, I was worried that would be a problem. But I needn't have worried, the staff were so kind and accommodating. They let me use the back entrance so I didn't need to worry about the stairs and constantly put me at ease.I can't remember the name of the two nice ladies that assisted me but i hope you read this so I can thank you once again. You made my day and I am chuffed with my piercings x”

“My daughter bought a pair of shoes which she had problems with the insoles moving she went into Acocks Green store where the customer service assistant told her that she couldn't help her as it was wear and tear. Then my daughter went into the shoe zone store in kingsheath and spoke to a very nice, polite guy called Richard who refunded the shoes on the spot. The stores layout is excellent and inviting.”
