A great room with a nice view of the canal and Mailbox entrance. You couldn't get a better location in my opinion to the Cube and surrounding areas.The front of house staff were very friendly and helpful as too were the other staff around the hotel. The entrance is kept clean and is modern as too was our room.We didn't have much shower gel in our bathroom, luckily I had brought some with me anyway so no big deal.We had a great breakfast, although some the items look somewhat dried out but this is minor detail which I'm sure is all dependent as to when one goes for breakfast.On a more positive note, the lady at breakfast was very friendly and accomodating and took my breakfast order for two poached eggs which were perfect! Thank you.Thanks to all the staff around the hotel for the great service and all done with a welcoming smile.A nice fuss free stay wih lovely staff.We hope to see you again soon.Thank you ??

Great location, room was perfect, (got a free upgrade to canal view). Spacious lounge area with lots of sockets to work from, chilled atmosphere and staff were very helpful.

I USE THE COFFEE & TV Lounge as a pitstop en route to town centre from home. Alwaysnice for afternoon tea and cake. TQ for making my stops a pleasant experience in all types of weather. & to the staff in Black sheep bakery / coffee shop.

Another good Marriott hotel. The location is perfect for shopping and food and drinks. The staff were friendly and the rooms were good but basic. The breakfast was average at best but for the price, exactly what I?d expect. The croissants were excellent!Safety: Felt really safeWalkability: Easy walking distance from shops, restaurants and barsFood & drinks: Average food and drinks in hotel

Great location as the mall was next door and plenty of food choices. Staff were friendly and breakfast was great. However, the bed and pillows were too uncomfortable for me. Unfortunately, I wouldn?t stay here again.

Good:Location.Nice lobby area.Stylish room.Bad:Very noisy outside until 2am (not helped by poor windows)Very noisy from other rooms (can easily hear low level conversation)Double bed is two singles pushed together with no topper so big ridge in the middle.Room looking tired with lots of paint chip and peeling wallpaper.Expensive for what it is.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff.It was easy to check in and out. With check out at any time until 12pm I didn't feel rushed to get out.The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a lovely selection to choose from.The location is ideal as it is close to a variety of things such as the cinema, Tesco's, restaurants, the sea life centre and Utilia area as well as pubs and many other places.Will definitely be returning.

Modern, clean, and well-located right in the Mailbox area. Restaurants, shopping, canal walks, and night life are just outside the front door. Also, super-quiet at night. A hidden gem. Highly recommended.

Stayed for one night with work. Upgraded to a canal view room. Noisy outside at about 02:00 as contractors removing a sign!
