First things first, the coffee is incredible, so many years I would go to the bigger chains, thank god I found 200degrees, never switching again ! Secondly and most importantly the customer service is beyond amazing ! The blonde lady is so welcoming and friendly and thanks to her and this great coffee shop, I don?t mind being late as long as I get my cortado (or something sweet sometimes)?

This place looks like a proper coffee shop, so I walked in and Ordered a flat white which after one sip I could tell was poorly made and not by a trained barista and so I threw it away and luckily found Gail?s !!!

One of my favorite places. Great selection of pastries and coffee, and I absolutely love the matcha latte here. Very delicious! Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff who always smile and behave warmly.

This place is a real gem in the centre of Birmingham, a get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, service with a smile, fresh tasty food and great coffee, forget the big impersonal chains, get yourself here!

Every time I?ve come here staff are always miserable in addition to this their bakery/pastry cabinet is always infested with flies! The Colmore branch is much better!

I have been getting the?Too Good To Go?from here for the last week It is absolutely amazing. The staff here are so friendly, indeed I would say perhaps the most friendly I have come across in my life. I was in retail management for many years, they cannot do enough for you. The coffee is excellent and they always put wonderful food in my bag which usually only costs £5. It is a wonderful experience. Do not hesitate to go here, but please save something for me.??

I can recommend the banana and chocolate cake. Although not a coffee drinker, I could see 200 Degrees is a popular destination for anyone into their coffee. Staff were very accommodating of my none-coffee beverage request for hot milk.
