It's a great service that Superdrug offers and it saves putting them in landfill

So i decided to go to the other side. Yep, i ditched Boots and ventured over to Superdrug! Shock, horror; i hear you say. ...but wait .let me fill you in with all the gory detail....
First off. The entry:
Greeted by the most pleasant staff, with a smile that wouldn't light up Blackpool illuminations.
Second base:
In the search of some oil, and not much idea of where to find it, I was signposted, infact no... I was escorted by another lady in pink. Side note: i think im in love with Superdrug pink! Such a jolly colour!!
Third base:
Upon arriving at the appropriate aisle and area of shelving. I was pretty much spoilt again! ...only this time, with the options available. I couldn't help but take a wander around, ended up purchasing a number of items.
Home run!!!
With the array of items in my basket, headed over to the tills, where I found myself paying considerably less than I would have at Boots, for the same items.
Superdrug Bilston... you smashed it out of the park and have yourself a new cheerleader!!!
So glad i ditched Boots!

Some of the ladies don?t know how to do the job in the shop talking on the front not letting you explain what you want to say. Prices specially I will talk about the colours always wrong and if you come ask them can I see the tag for exactly that I want to buy they can?t even show so very pure attitude and customer services.

Oh Dear...
Where is the lovely younger lady with blonde hair and glasses that greets everyone? Bring her back!
This afternoon, the lady at the door didn't look up from her precious phone once nor said hello...
At the tills things got even more uninterested... an older lady with a young assistant - both couldn't care less. I spent £70 and next time I am taking my business to Bentley Bridge Superdrug!!! The guy at the door there treats everyone like friends and actually listens.
Superdrug Bilston, you're letting Bilston down, if I were you I'd get your staff over to the shoe shop next door, where they've sweated all day and were very professional and helpful, 16 minutes before closing!! Chaplins Chip Shop, the kindest souls in the world, Bilston Market, The Motor Spares Shop, all fabulous people - I could go on... Bilston is a beautiful little town and deserves better from a big shop like Superdrug.

Very poor customer skills of pharmacist. They don?t have enough staff and if one go on break then they stop working .
I saw a pharmacist coming back from break I just needed to ask her if she is back . But without letting me say something she said ?I am on lunch break!

I've been trying to get my sons perscription for literally a week from thee most useless of pharmacists! (Church street!)It took these two amazing ladies at superdrug minutes to sort It!Amazing pharmaceutical staff! Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!Thank you so much ladies, you do an amazing job :-)

Very disappointed with service today...?I ordered my repeat prescription on 28/7/2023, from superdrug Bilston. I called on Thursday to check if it was ready for collection, i was told i can collect on Friday 1st September, i informed the staff member that i would call on Saturday the 2nd September, which i did, to be told its is NOT READY FOR COLLECTION.Then the staff member preceeded to ask me who told me to come into the Superdrug store 2/8/23 with hostility towards me i front of other customers who was waiting...I had already taken a seat because of my severe back pain, so one customer had opt into the queue before me - the security camera in store will show the full incident.Then to top it all, the staff member who dealt with me did not confirm when i will be getting my prescription - i walk out of Superdrug with tears in my eyes.No, am not a happy customer, nor do i know which day, time i will be getting my prescription...????????????

Products are ok, prices are pretty expensive can usually get better offers at boots or savers. I find the staff pretty rude on a few occasions when I have been in they are quite ignorant to customers speaking to each other on head sets. Not very friendly or approachable, don?t even smile or say please or thank you when serving. Having worked in retail myself for 15 years in different fashion and beauty stores I find the lack of customer care and rudeness quite shocking.

Very poor pharmacy. Medications are never ready, despite GP sending them over electronically 4 days ago. Their answer to this is, oh the prescription has just come in now. No, it hasn't as my app tells me it was sent days ago. At lunch time there is a sign, pharmacist back at 1. But 1.15 we are still waiting for him/ her to get back. They never have enough stock of medications, you have to go back to collect the rest, or they simply don't have it and it has to be ordered in.
