Entered the store and received a very friendly welcome, asking each other how our days went with a smile. I then stated I had saved up 1000 reward points on the app and wanted to redeem a free footlong. The staff then immediately went stale faced and questioned how many points I had. So I showed them. They then rudely asked, "What do you want?" in a harsh tone. I asked for a BLT that was with cheese and melted. The staff then put the sub in the merychef (microwave oven) for 10 seconds and removed it too soon. I asked them to kindly do it longer, so they did it for another 10 seconds. The cheese was only just metled, and the sub was not toasted. I did not want to cause any problems so I accepted the sub. I then scanned my reward points. I then asked to pay for 3 cookies, and before paying I wanted to scan my sub card for the points to add to my account. He said "no"! I said "it's for my points! He then understood and scanned my QR code. Food was amazing. I usually have lettuce but it didnt look fresh (was brown and wet) so I had a sub without lettuce.

This subway always has an issue with its scanner so you can't use your subway rewards. Very annoying and inconvenient.

We always use this subway and went through uber eats as always. 3 veggie delites and wow... how disappointing, bread was ripped, no cheese at all and not even a handful of salad and not even the right salad. Called the shop to let them know as this isnt an uber eats issue and i was told I'd get a call back... didn't get one at all after waiting saturday and sunday. 0/5 for food and 0/5 for customer service. Absolutely shocking. I worked for subway for 2 years and this isnt how you're meant to treat your customers, especially when you messed up their order.

Disgusting rude service , talking to customers as if they're dirt . Plus the restaurant needs a good clean having sticky tables and rubbish on the floor but they could start with using gloves to prepare food , dirty arrogant people!!!
