The procedure takes time because you park up book in , wait to be called into the unloading bay then after tip move back into another waiting area whilst load is checked. Don’t expect to be in and out within an hour! Then when leaving you stop at gatehouse walk to window , security tell you to drive forward so back end... read full comment
