Too expensive and the more card is not a 'more card' spending alot just to get little. Morrsions needs to do a price comparison, as I know there are other stores that do alot better. This store is the only a convenient store for me. But I'm having to travel out the area to go to 'non Morrison' store to reap benefits of service, price and card point, that I can spend. Within my next shop I was able to use my points, but with the morrisons card, I'm having to spend at least 3 or 4 shops before I can benefit from it.
A final 'gripe' i have with Morrsions Bilston is that they keep changing the layout and moving the products. That is a quick way of losing customers instead of retaining them.

Love Morrisons and this store didn't disappoint. Produce was high standard, their deli/cooked meat section was amazing, the bakery section was also incredible - possibly the best fresh bread in the Midlands! Full shelves with a great a selection and choice. Staff were lovely and even the loos were spotless. Wish we had a Morrisons in Cradley but we'll definitely be coming back to this one again soon.

Popped in today to buy a cooked chicken. Was served by someone called Jenny! Looked at me, not even a "how can I help you" just looked at me as though she was in a daze, I said can I have a chicken please. She picked one up, put it in a bag and handed it me, without a word, I walked away thinking how rude, politeness does not cost anything. I work with the public everyday and will alway smile and be polite. The staff seem as though theses low morale amongst them.

A lovely lady called Maxine has been helping and advising me whilst doing my floristry course, Maxine goes above and beyond and explains what flowers look great together, She also made the time to show me how to make the bows for the bouquets and boxes as I had stated I was struggling. This lady is wonderful and caring and has a world of knowledge in floristry Thank you Maxine for helping and sharing your knowledge. I will be back for more flowers. ?
