An absolute shambles!! Had a refurb for no reason, cut down on staff, was told today queue tills are for cash only!! Cards go to self check out! Queues everywhere, staff uninterested in doing their job! Management non existent!! Heed the warning!! And don't ask me to waste my time to email customer services!!

There is always something you can grab. All the aisles have been upgraded and nw onset is installed with self checkout. It is definitely getting better.

Bilston Lidl should be an embarrassment to Lidl. I know what other lidls are like outside the midlands and makes me feel Lidl doesn?t value their customers in the midlands. The freezer section is terrible. About time you put proper freezers in with a decent selection. Always huge queues. Always a bit grubby and always poorly stocked. You don?t provide anywhere near the products you do in other stores. Pull your socks up Lidl.

I want to edit this review to say that the new manager is amazing. The actual team are lovely people. The store has completely been refitted and brought up to date and I have watched the team work so hard to achieve this. It?s looking great and the hard work the team has put in, especially the new manager needs to be recognised. Well done guys. You have made the people of bilston proud ??????????????. Thank you so much ?

Not much point in renovating the store and putting in self-checkouts if customers are left waiting for ID checks because staff are too busy chatting with security. To make matters worse, the same security guard who is supposed to uphold rules regularly parks in the disabled bay, leaving no spaces for those who genuinely need them. My husband often has to stay in the car because no disabled parking is available. Very disappointing

No chilled fish, only frozen. Bought some cider but the young lad on the self service checkouts was too busy gossiping to the security guard to come and see me, when he finally did come he asked for my ID! I'm 63, does he think it's Las Vegas!

Full of queues and staff members too worried about arguing with customers outside than opening their tills to serve people. Ridiculous, had to walk out. Staff member actually closed his till to argue with a customer. So unprofessional.

I usually enjoy a trip to Lidl lol This, however, was one of the most depressing stores I have ever seen. Lack of products, rotten food still on the shelves, everything mixed together. Do not recommend it.
