AVOID this company at all costs ! paid for 6 dining chairs on the 5th Dec 23, was told it would be a 6 week wait but probably sooner. Agreed, the company took the full payment on the 6th Dec 23. February and still no chairs, no calls from the company, I had to chase the order, only to be told by head office that the order hadn't been put through until January 5th 24...after another visit to the store I was told it will be April for delivery. It would seem the company can bend their rules to suit, you signed the agreement !!!! yes on the expectation of a 6 week delivery. Staff at Bilston store not helpful, they will smile nicely to get your cash, when you want to cancel the order you will get a smirk !!! Trading standards , and the ombudsman will be notified, estimated delivery means it could be next year according to their rules ...AVOID this company at all costs.

Provided us with a damaged sofa in November 2023. Still not replaced. We have asked for a full refund and for the faulty sofa to be taken away. Two months and still no.movement. Will be reported to the Trading Standards for sure.
