Went to Home Bargains Bilston yesterday for some bread the two assistants who helped me were Shannon and Sue, there was no bread out Shannon went in the back came back with an assortment of bread. These girls are a credit to Home Bargains are all the assistants

A colleague of mine brought me a teddy bear water bottle from HB- it was so cute and the next day I thought I have to get some more.I went to HB Bilston and couldn?t find any. Two members of staff, Tracey and Sarah, went above and beyond to help me find an item - they went to the back of the shop stockroom and found the teddy bear water bottles for me! Thank you so much.Every member of staff in HB Bilston seem so friendly and nice - always a great shopping experience.

Sarah and Tracey were absolutely brimming with customer service today. They are both a huge credit to your Bilston store. Not only did they go over and above, to find stock out back, after I was desperate for one specific item for my daughter! They also came and found us at the tills to offer a 3rd colour choice. I ended up buying one of each colour. Fantastic ladies. Thank you, you made my day xxx
