Very poor customer service. Staff unfriendly, chatting amongst themselves through headsets. Aisles are blocked with crates with items in. Feels really tight to manouvere shopping trollies.
All staff seem aggressive and unfriendly which doesn't help as Coseley is a deprived area. Its deppressing.
Prices are high £1.70 for cottage cheese ! This isn't Waitrose !
The milk here goes bad after a few days aswell.

Yet again very poor customer service from this store. Having used this store regularly, you know to expect a certain level of poor customer service as staff are normally complaining about customers to each other through their head sets. However tonight we took our shopping to the till, while loading it up the young girl was talking away on her headset with no acknowledgement that we was even standing there. She began to scan items through while still having a chat about what she was doing later tonight. Never told my partner the amout it came to, just stepped back and carried on with her conversation. We even had to take our own receipt from the machine behind counter. Absolutely terrible service as always, this will be the last time we use this shop.

Many times I have visited this store and realise when I get home that some of my items are missing. Cashiers do not pay attention as they are busy speaking to their colleagues in store via earpods.

Brilliantly variety of produce from fresh to frozen and non food items such as toiletries dog cat small animal feeds aswell as a wide range of various alcoholic beverages and plenty of various soft drinks for the little children's enjoyment. Over all a good little heron which does infact include a carpark situation right next door which is very convenient for those if us that do not drive the bus stop is a mere moment away turning left out of the stores main entrance at the front of the shop.

Great shop. Great produce, nice friendly, helpful staff and can always grab a bargain from here whenever I visit. Gets a little busy though as it's a small shop with narrow aisles
