Only one staff member was on the till which resulted in having to wait a few minutes, along with many others. Why isn't there an extra staff member? This is not good customer experience.

Nice shop. Clean tidy. Parking available. But staff seems hide yellow label food for themselves. I walked the while shop only see two categories withe yellows label suddenly a lady carrying a whole basket of yellow label items all different products to cashier

The new layout is much easier to get around the store. The staff on the shop floor are always lovely, helpful and polite. There are some good bargains and they have a range of things to choose from.
