My son went into the store and ordered 2 veggie bakes. Both were chicken bakes! Which I don't like at all. He said the lady did get it from the veggie bake tray which makes it even worse!

If you want delivery from here DO NOT DO THIS. Absolute shambles of a place for delivery! Placed an order at 11.30am (2 x medium pizza boxes and a pack of sausage rolls) order confirmed promptly. However at 1.10pm order had still not been delivered. Greggs kept pushing the time back. Put it back to 1.30pm!!! 2 hours after I'd originally placed the order!!!! I ended up going into the store and picking it up only to find half my order was missing!! How hard is it to pack 2 x medium pizza boxes and a pack of 4 sausage rolls???? It's not hard! Ended up going back into store to pick up the rest of my missing order!!! No apologises from the staff. Absolute diabolical. The same happened the week before, greggs kept pushing my delivery time back and again and again. Ended up in store! This will be the last time I order a delivery from this shocking place. You move premises which accommodates seating... so it's obviously going to become a busier store so surely extra staff are needed here?? Shocking.

Me and sister ordered two latte s today they were not hot the lady did another one but wasn't hot to she said it was the machine to us also we ordered two festive pastries had one that Luke warm and the otherwas steak bake witch was was Luke warm and was wrong order this needs addressing as you don't want this to happen to anyone else

Good little shop only problem is there's only ever one person serving so service can be slow especially at lunchtimes.
