Absolutely the most dumbest work staff I?ve ever encountered, I went in there to remove content lock on a pay as you go sim, the staff member said we cannot remove content lock because it?s a pay as you go sim, I?m there with relevant identification and they had the audacity to say that, there is absolutely no word that can describe their staff, how did they even get there jobs. Do one you bunch o nobs, ended up having to go to Wolverhampton to sort matter out.

The guy who we talk to was Rude , definitely hang over .
The main thing for them was that mu 2.5 old baby was going in and out of shop with my wife then anything else.
Ha has been judgemental from beginning
.I went there with my mom and dad to help them renew they contracts as they been with ee over 12 years .Well now definitely we will be changing network dont wont to do with them any more .

Terrible communication between all of EE
I went to pick a phone to upgrade my sim to a phone found one for 43 pounds a month and had to be orderd in so I went with that.went home thought I'd have a look at some others online just to check the prices found another phone ( better than the one I was about to get) for the same price so immediately went to the shop and explained, they said I'd have to wait untill the phone has been delivered to the store.
I go to the store once it's been delivered explained again what's happened told them I no longer want the phone I found a better deal so would rather have it sent streight back I was then met with another member of staff trying to push me into sticking with the phone I was told to just take it home and keep it I stood my ground after going over and over they then tried selling me a nintendo switch for months installments, eventually I got my 30 upfront deposit back and now the problems have started
It's been almost a month apparently no sign of this phone being returned the online chat it no help at all trying to fob you off asking if all of this has happened within 14 days ( it was done ASAP the day it got delivered to the shop which it never left the shop and was still fully packaged and I didn't even touch it ) so now I'm left with a bill that keeps going up and for a phone I don't have, never seen and never touched.
God forbid you want to cancel a contract within 14 days not to mention them not even trying to sort thing and keep on and on about there broadband.
I'd like this sorted before I even thought about getting anything else from EE.

Went in to change phone and from payg to a contract spent 1 and half hours talking to 3 members of staff only to be told I would have to wait at least another half hour or go back the next day not very impressed 3 others also walked out

I was served by Ben wanted to see if I could lower my monthly bill and he went above and beyond and got my bill down really happy with my experience Ben's a really nice guy and explained everything about my new contract he's a credit to EE.

I've always used the EE Shop in Bilston, staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to help and explain everything that you need to know. So for your Mobile phones either brand new purchase or repairs this is the shop you need.
