Such poor staff attitude the vast majority of the time. There's a couple who are pleasant but it's very difficult to go especially for trade ins just feels spoken down to - a 'thanks' or 'hello' wouldn't go a miss

Went into purchase replacement phone.was greeted by a very friendly and polite member of staff.Told him what I was looking for and he proceeded to help my find the exact model iPhone I required.Explained all the phones options to me. and how to load up new SIM card and set up apple account .Price was a bargain considering the phone was practically brand new.Even came with 2 years warranty ,now that's perfect as you don't get more than a year buying brand new iPhone.Would highly recommend this store to anyone.Thanks guys .love you .

waste of time... they say that they have different rules and policy than the whole franchise, I don't know how is that allowed but be careful on the policy for everting you sell or buy from them... basically they change the rules as how they feel that day. maybe they don't buy an item from you or maybe an item has shorter warranty for you... someone really needs to check them out and tell them how a franchise works...

Fair priced but remember your buying used goods. So sometimes you can buy new for not much more good to remember with games cos of the extra value of dlc which you won't get with used products. Great for selling and trading though especially if your trading new release games.

THE WARRANTY IS A SCAM DO NOT BELIEVE IT.I brought a Fitbit from them because they recommended it specifically for swimming in. It has dedicated settings to keep track of your swim. It is recommended by the manufacturer for swimming and has a water resistance to 50 metres. It cost me £130 and at the time I was happy to pay that for a second hand watch as I was reassured that I'd have no problems because of the guarantee. At the point of sale it was never mentioned to me that if I got my watch wet it would void my warranty.When it stopped working I expected to return it to be fixed but I was informed that because I'd worn it in water I had voided the warranty. This is totally unacceptable. The item was used in EXACTLY the way it was intended and they should honor their warranty. This store has now replied to my negative review with a complaint link which does not work even if you type it in. It's just there to appear that they care about complaints. I'm going to your complaints department directly now and then to trading standards if I need to.

Walked in to buy iPhone Thursday, two guys behind the till, one serving & other guy messing about with cables clearly noticed i was waiting but continued to faff with cables, ended up walking out, poor customer service. Wont be visiting another cex in future.
