Ordered an item for in store collection and was told it was ready. When I went to pick it up, part of my order was missing. I asked about it and was told it had been misplaced. They asked me to come back in 20 minutes, which I did, only to be told by a staff member that she hadn?t got round to looking properly yet which fair enough the store was busy. She then asked me to come back in an hour, which I also did.
Eventually, I got the full product only to find when I got home that it didn?t even work. No apology at any point during the process, despite the inconvenience and wasted time (including a half hour drive to and from the store).
Ended up returning it to my nearest CeX instead, which at least was quick and easy.
Overall, a really frustrating experience that could?ve been handled better with just a little communication and basic courtesy.

Did a drop and go at this store, friendly staff and in less than 24 hours I dropped off my item, got it checked/tested and received my payment, great service

Sold me a fake ps3 controller and a faulty ps3 for full price tried to sell it back at a different Cex and they couldn?t accept it ( DO NOT GO HERE )

Worst place ever this place has different policies to other cex?s staff are so rude and are very racist also. I bought a steering wheel went home and was making noises and not working I had VIDEO PROOF and they still didn?t provide me a refund saying that the product is working fine when it wasn?t. Was told on the day of purchase that the item was returnable but clearly I was lied to. I went to a different cex in the city and they told me that they should refund me but never did and kept ignoring me. Worst place ever ALSO DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE SKIN COLOURED.

I went to cex bilston, one member of staff has an attitude problem the other 2 was fairly pleasant and polite. First time trading in this store and think I?ll go to the other 2 closest to me in future due to this experience, my 2 items was in prestige condition yet this cex is degrading my items, go to the Wolverhampton city centre 2 as they are far better than this store

Good place to buy electronics. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff is also quite experienced with electronics and was able to help pick the right product for me. The store has a wide selection of products which can also be checked online. The also provide a 2 year warranty on most products for accidental and other damage types. You can return most items within 1 week of purchase.

Staff are rude and refuse to clean any discs stating they will only clean them if they are scratched to pieces I have been to many cex's around the country and never had this issue. They seem to have different policies to other franchise stores. Staff never greet you, speak down to you and treat you like they can't wait for you to leave the store .
