Small Asda but has everything you need for a basic shop. Plenty of parking. Staff are polite and helpful. Can collect online orders. Has a kiosk for lottery, cigarettes etc

Good size car park, there is also a public toilet. Quite a few tills. Pleasant staff. Good selection of goods including clothing for children and adults.

It?s great here at Asda ! They stock lots and lots of stuff ? sometimes they have stock and sometimes they don?t ?? I like the pigs in blankets baps when they have them, it?s a bit hit and miss sometimes though and you end up not being able to get them ??

Plagued by beggars whom appear to rotate with each other like shifts, this puts vulnerable people off visiting the store, it's private land so why is nothing done to stop this?

One of the worst ASDA stores I?ve visited, which is a shame as it?s conveniently on the way home. My last 3 visits I?ve had a negative experience.Today was by far the worst. The music being played in the store was louder than some nightclubs I?ve been in have it. To the point that I had to end my phone call conversation as I couldn?t hear the other line.I complained to the manager on shift who didn?t particularly seem very enthusiastic about apologising despite me saying the volume was offensive. The only response I got was I can turn it down? I mean really. It shouldn?t have been that loud in the first place. Dread to think what someone who has sensory challenges or Autism would think if they walked into that type of environment. The other thing that ruined the visit is being told I needed to provide a physical copy of something else with my name on when using my Blue Light Discount Card? a copy of my driving licence on my phone isn?t sufficient despite it being clearly me on the licence, having to go and fetch it from the car and come back to the store just irritated me further. - it?s 2023? ApplePay and Virtual Cards? like the ASDA Rewards Card which is only available electronically? surely ID should be accepted electronically these days? especially as it?s only to prove I?m the cardholder for the 10% 40p discount I was getting?

Absolutely ridiculous wouldn't let me buy beer, being asked for ID at aged 41 years old when it's challenge 25 thats an absolute insult as a customer you need to train your staff better, I appreciate it's on them and they could loose their jobs, but the difference between a 25 & 41 year old is fairly obvious, I won't be using that store again and I am making an official complaint to head office, absolutely disgusting. I can assure you I do not look 25 or younger.

absolutely disgusting store purchased a box of fibre one bars and didn't realise the bbd until now which is 20/7/2022 selling products out of date. This store needs a inspection of store goods.

Coseley store manager has no people skills at all. He is in the wrong position or needs urgent training as does not have a clue. Most of the other staff are freindly and helpful.

For a smaller Asda Supermarket there is a good choice of essentials. Staff are always helpful. I've purchased obviously grocerues but must say there fresh flowers are extreme good value and choice and last sometimes at least 2 weeks.

More expensive and limited products compared to asda superstores but useful in a pinch
