Walked in on a Saturday morning and was assisted with a faulty product I had purchased by VON. Von was on it, her customer service, product knowledge, her whole persona was 10/10! Just what is needed in this day and age. She went above and beyond that day and I hope she took on my advice to join a more prominent and worthy establishment because she deserves more than Argos.

Collected my tv today from Argos at Bilston. Could not be believe the negative comments made by other customers. The staff were excellent and very attentive Sandra who served me was very efficient and helpful as were other staff members I spoke to. A big thank you to all at Bilston Argos.

Best Argos store I've ever visited. Used it for years ..you rarely see a big queue at the till or collection point because the staff appear to work to hard to get people served as quickly as possible. Customer service is good too e.g on 19/03/24 I couldn't find the camera I wanted in the argos catalogue but I asked a member of staff who was standing behind the counter and she quickly came round to the front of the store ..guided me through the ordering process quickly and efficiently. She made sure I got the exact camera I wanted and didn't leave me until everything was sorted ?

Argos can be a hit n' miss but did a click and collect at this branch. Got my item quickly and service was excellent.

Not happy with the service. I had checked online and it had said that I can return my item within 30 days if I'm not happy with it. I went to the store and even showed them proof on their website about their policy and rules and yet they still did not allow me to return my item. What a joke!! They don't even know their own policy and rules

Thank you for the refund on our bread maker which went faulty .The lady was very help full and efficient .We would have liked a have had a replacement but they was out of stock. I have aways found Bilston branch IST class customer service.Regards Lloyd .
