Walked in on a Saturday morning and was assisted with a faulty product I had purchased by VON. Von was on it, her customer service, product knowledge, her whole persona was 10/10! Just what is needed in this day and age. She went above and beyond that day and I hope she took on my advice to join a more prominent and worthy... read full comment
