I used this garage today as I was low on fuel in my bike and I only use Shell V Power as it is E5 rated and reliable. I somehow managed to lose my bank card there and did not realise till later when I got home 40 mins away. I called the garage and was impressed that a member of staff had handed my card in and it was safely held for me.
I drove over to collect it and can only say a massive thank you to all the staff there. For me, 5 star service. Many thanks

Car wash doesn?t exist despite what it says on website. Poster on pump said 5p per litre off fuel for £10 min spend on other items
INCLUDING CAR WASH but as I said it doesn?t exist. Ethnic staff most offhand and not at all apologetic

Went to process four Amazon returns, 8:45pm this evening and the shop was shut, couldn?t get the items through the hatch.
I picked your return service as the Amazon website states 24hours returns, you need to be 24 hours.
If for the safety of your single staff you want the Waitrose shop closed then you need to tell Amazon customers what time you are open too!
I will be sending Amazon the information your store is not 24 hours if the returned item a bigger than an A4 size! Very disappointing.

Shell balsall common should learn to employ people of different cultures not just from south Asian countries. Seems a lot of racism going on with the current manager.

My car broke down last night i stayed here for three hours i need to go for toilets in emergency there was no any toilets facilities we requested so many time the guy was on duty but they refused. Very bed experience

What a 'ripe-off' coming back from the airport this morning in my wife's car had to refill , price on display board outside 145.9 for Diesel, price at the pump 157.9 - 12p per litre more should be against the law to do this.
