Used twice now (LVT in herringbone pattern in lounge, and woven carpet + decorating on stairs and landing) and standard of work is excellent! Lovely people, extensive range of products and zero fuss- exactly what you want, would recommend to anybody and welcome back at our house any time. Andy and Sean have done superb job in laying all our different flooring.This includes: herring bone Kardean flooring throughout our downstairs, vinyl in a family bathroom and utility, carpets in a few rooms and laminate flooring in our ensuite. Their broad expertise is fantastic. Also, not to be forgotten, the great customer service in their shop. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

From the start of the overall process , estimating through to laying this Karndean flooring has been conducted with professionalism , really good quality of workmanship and a courtesy to the Customer. Post the conclusion of the Job , Sean resolved a couple of snags with promptness and a smile on his face and is a really good ambassador for the Firm .Well done Direct Carpets , you come highly recommended by me
