the worst shopping experience, appaling customer service. don't be surprised if the goods you receive are completely different to what you have ordered. no refund. absolute joke.

Prompt service mattress fantastic, but the divan base is poor had the bed less than 4 months and at the bottom it has completely sunk down... good job its at the foot end of the bed although this isn't the point. I had heard good things about this company although i'm not sure about the bed base product.
