The delivery of the goods ruined our experience and our skirting. The driver did not help us with the 11 packs of 4.2m skirting in, and instead, kindly put them on the grass so our white skirting boards have lots of grass stains on! For the price, I’d expect better customer service, even at the door.

I ordered panelling and a dado rail with a promised delivery date of 19th August. Two weeks later, nothing has arrived, no updates, and no communication. This delay has directly held up my house project. Poor service, unreliable delivery, and I won’t be ordering from them again.

We’re really pleased with the stack of MDF primed skirting boards we purchased from Skirting4U. We ordered a sample first to check the quality, as the ones we’d seen locally were nowhere near as good. Not many companies online even offer samples, so that was a big plus.
