The shop is very good , but my issue is that the self serve tills are problematic, there are not enough staff around to correct the issues and you are constantly waiting for somebody attend.

On a recent visit the cafe has gone down hill cutlery is filthy long waiting times for food tables never cleaned one member of staff who is a bit gobby toilets stink and in a disgusting state

Totally toxic place with miserable staff, EVERYTHING is too much trouble. I now spend my money at Sainsbury?s in Mere Green, it?s a far nicer experience with a greater choice of food. A real shame as a few years ago, Morrisons in Aldridge was a delight to shop in.

Worker followed me and my friend through the aisles because we were getting smth for his disabled dad. Not coming here again, made me feel like a criminal, was just holding a box. Took it off me too.
