Heavenly Baking is exactly what the name suggests ? absolutely heavenly! The staff here are some of the loveliest people you?ll meet. They always greet you with a smile, make you feel genuinely welcome, and nothing ever seems too much trouble for them. The service is spot on ? friendly, efficient, and full of warmth, which makes every visit such a pleasure.
Not only are the bakes delicious (you can taste the love and care that goes into them), but it?s the team that really makes the experience special. You can tell they truly care about their customers, and that personal touch sets them apart.
A big thank you to all the staff ? you?re doing an amazing job, and your kindness and hard work don?t go unnoticed. Keep up the fantastic work, you make every visit feel like a treat!

I brought my Mother here and we both enjoyed it. She loved the quaint accessories and dresser. We had coffee and teacakes and they were lovely and had big juicy sultanas. The menu looked lovely and I will come here again to try a meal. Only slight drawback is, it's quite small and tables are closed together, I can't really see how they could improve this though without expanding. We sat next to a big air conditioning tube going out of the window. Air conditioning was a nice addition on a hot day. The cakes looked very nice in the display case.

Lovely staff who served us at the counter and then when ready bought our order to our table. Outside is a lovely place to sit and relax.

lovely place to go for tea and cake? staff are really welcoming and accommodating. The two women that served us today were lovely!! I have also ate food here and it was 10/10. Very good quality

Lovely little coffee shop with a great choice of amazing cakes and they serve a good coffee too. Highly recommend the breakfast too good quality food served.

Very poor service, after charging for 2 hot drinks, we had to ask the staff to clear the table from previous customer, the lady served us at the till, started cleaning instead of preparing the drinks, after 20 mins when asked, said oh did the other staff not bring your drink? Then went back, no apologies, hot drinks were cold. Attitude of staff stunk. Very poor service for the price of £8:50 for 2 hot drinks

We only had a coffee. But wow my cappuccino and my daughter's latte were piping hot when they were brought to the table. Such a refreshing change to not have a tepid coffee at other locations.
The drop leaf tables were a brilliant idea, sturdy but enough room to not feel crammed in.
We'll definitely be coming back.

Visited on Mother?s Day for afternoon tea ??. Couldn?t fault anything. Excellent food, excellent service - we had a lovely afternoon. Staff very accommodating - could not have done any more to make our visit more enjoyable than it already was. Pre booked as we were aware that for Mother?s Day they were only taking bookings for afternoon tea. Will definitely be returning asap to try other areas of the menu. Keep up the good work ?
