A massive thank you to Michelle at the Aldrigde branch? I had lost a lot of hair recently and had been wearing a scarf for a week. Not only did she sort my hair out with a fantastic cut, I felt like an absolutely new person. She has a fabulous personality and made me forget all my concerns about my hair. Not gonna lie, I couldn?t stop looking in the mirror when I got home, well actually I spent a few minutes looking at it in the car before I got home. Fantastic experience from when I first enquired if they could cut my hair because I have brain and spinal injuries and have not been able to have my hair cut for 6 years because of this. I use a mobility scooter and am in a lot of pain all the time and struggle to sit up for 2 hours but the salon owner promised me he would be able to make things work for me and he did. My hero! I felt so good when I left I won't be going anywhere else - they've got me as a client for ever.

Omg what can I say ,after a disastrous few months of battling with my hair,I made an appointment with Dale I'm so glad I did he spent 3 hrs with me looking at every inch of my hair he talked me through every step of what he was doing and how to use products,I honestly thought I would have to have it all cut off but Dale saved it!!
