There's always a long que whilst waiting to be served as there's usually only one behind the counter serving. But staff are polite and helpful.

Awful shop, half of the stuff gets removed from orders because they don't have it, most of the time I'm charged for something that is missing. I've been charged for orders that THEY cancelled and haven't had my money back. I'm disabled so I can't leave to get my groceries and their service is embarrassing.

Normally don't have a problem until i bought a meal deal today. I got home, opened my milkshakes and took a big sip. It was vile, 5 days out of date. Honestly youd think with how overpriced they are they could at least check the date on their products ?♀️ plus their membership card is a scam, paid a pound for it... read full comment
