After receiving a £25 gift voucher, I phoned Aspire to ask what treatment I could book for roughly this amount. The lady suggested a 1hr Treatment Pedicure for £30. I was happy to book this and pay the extra £5 myself. When I arrived at my appointment, I was told that my treatment would now cost £45 as Aspire had put their prices up 3 days after I had made the booking!At no point was I told, at the time of booking that there was about to be a price increase or that there had been an increase in any of the multiple emails I received between the booking and appointment date.I understand that prices sometimes go up - but from £30 - £45 for the same 1hr Pedicure Treatment!?!Worse than this, I sent the manager of Aspire an email afterwards saying how disappointed I was and they didn't even bother to reply!!There are plenty of really professional salons in Aldridge where you will be given great customer service - this is not one of them. Avoid!!
