I had a great experience at Warwick Sport. Having never had my gait checked before and only ever buying trainers online, I went in to replace my current road shoes that have previously given me blisters and bruised toenails over long distances. I really appreciated the time that multiple members of staff took to understand how I run and get me the right pair of shoes. I ran a half marathon in my Brooks Glycerin GTS on Sunday: a PB and no blisters or pain to speak of! Thanks!

I visited the shop today specifically looking for a good pair of running trainers. There were plenty of staff available, and I was assisted by Henry, who was extremely helpful. He was patient while I walked around the store and used the treadmill to test out different options. He provided three excellent choices based on the criteria I gave (cushioned trainer and the budget I gave) and, despite my indecisiveness, he never rushed me.
I ended up trying the trainers at the gym today and they were fantastic. I highly recommend shopping here and great service by Henry!

This is such a great business; very customer-focused and wanting the best for them!
I bought some new mid-range shoes and had an excellent experience in the shop; a comprehensive gait analysis and a very helpful assistant.
The shoes seemed fine? but after three runs it was clear that something in the way the sole was manufactured was hurting my feet.
I called the shop and I couldn?t have been more delighted with the response.
A second visit and had the fit checked, tried on and ran in at least six pairs, and was offered a free exchange.
Absolutely top-notch service and I highly recommend you visit!

I went in for my first pair of running trainers. The service was great, no it was excellent. I was examined bare foot first. Then I was given particular runners to try on and try wearing on the treadmill, whilst being checked. I really recommend this place.

Warwick sports is a great shop. Firstly, the staff members are extremely helpful, and I mean so helpful! They are kind, and efficient at working. Also, the prices, aren't too expensive. They have got many products from cricket bats, to pickle balls, and they are a great place to visit if you are in need of some good sports equipment. There are no downsides to this shop and I really recommend it.

I used to love this store but the customer service has gone down hill. Store owner was extremely rude today (and not the first time) but this time enough for me to not shop there again. If your going to make up rules about demo rackets tell people at the start, we were extremely clear about are goals.

Visited the store today to purchase my first ever pair of running shoes. Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Tried on several pairs and was able to test each pair on the treadmill.
Wonderful family ran business and Will who looked after me is a credit to the store. Great knowledge and advice throughout. Highly recommend these guys.

Fantastic experience at Warwick sports shop, I was looking for a new pair of running trainers, guy in the store took me thought about 6 pairs of trainers tried them out on the treadmill to make sure they were a good fit friendly staff highly recommend
