While I?ve had very positive appointments and communication with the staff, the new Accurx booking system is absolutely heinous and effectively gate keeping medical attention from people who are elderly, anxious or just busy. After one experience I?m already thinking about changing GP (if only that was an option!).

Really rude reception staff and the Drs are so complacent.You have to repeat what the issue is at least 3 or 4 time to reception, and they never listen. And when they get it wrong (which is almost guaranteed) they will rip your head off for trying to clarify your issue. Really rubbish duty of care and attention to detail by both reception and GPs. Especially when it comes to serious medical issues/allergies.Once you do get through to see a Dr, they are so quick to get you out the door. They will cut you off and not listen properly. Which will mean another appointment.On one occasion it took me 3 separate appointments to finally get the right care. The final time I got lucky with a locum, who was amazing. The worst part is, all he did was let me speak and explain my issue without interrupting me. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.Remind me again who's fault it is that patients are clogging up the system with unnecessary appointments???I am in the processing of looking for a new GP surgery. I no longer feel safe putting mine and my family's health in the hands of this surgery. If you don't believe me, just look at the reviews.

Fantastic, amazing and very very helpful surgery!!!! Yesterday I travelled to London and brought my medication except for extra insulin pens!!!!! I submitted a prescription as in London till Sunday..... I contacted reception who ordered and then sent the prescription to pharmacy in London!!! All received, what can I say amazing!!!! X x

Has the econsult link on their website, then texts to say that it's not working with a number to call, then closed for lunch when trying to call in the middle of the day.There is no information on here, or the website saying when "lunch" ends.Also "We are currently working on our econsult process" or whatever, has been there for over a year. How long does it take to work on it?Don't get me wrong there's lots of capable members of staff on the medical team, the GPs, Nurses, Physio etc are all awesome. I'm not sure where the management are falling over with basic things like website maintenance, but improvement is needed!

I have been with the practice since it opened. I was reading reviews this morning, whilst waiting to speak to someone. I think a lot of them were very unfair. I?ve never had an issue with any member of staff. They are all helpful to the nth degree. I had booked online and the first appointment I could get was in 2 months time. I rang to ask if there were any earlier appointments with the doctor of my choice, stating that I didn?t need an urgent appointment. The receptionist was very helpful and did find me an appointment. Maybe sometimes patients are a little, should I say demanding? and expect the impossible. Thank you Warwick Gates.

I rang at 9am and requested a call back from a doctor due to being in server pain, I was told the dr would ring back the same morning but I didn?t hear anything at all. Poor service.

I've been registered at Warwick Gates for over 10 years now. Can always get a face to face on the day if urgent. Doctors are great, reception staff lovely, genuinely no experience of the negative reviews previously listed.

I?ve been registered with this GP for over 07 years, and has a consistently positive experience with all elements of the practice - from the really kind and helpful receptionists to the GPs themselves. It?s a really lovely practice.

This place is rasist and unacceptible , if you register Whit them you can wait at prasy one month for apoitment or even more .Human right , ha that is Just like joke staff treat you like Toy , for fun specialy woman wich is short cut , shy is the worst to book apoitment they need at prasy one week and your apoitment will by like mine in two months
