This is the most wonderful bookshop and I couldn't recommend it more highly. The staff are great and very knowledgeable. You walk in not knowing what you might want and end up with 5 amazing books under your arm.

Went in for a browse a few weeks ago, and the 3 staff members at the till didn't even bother to greet us. Completely ignored us during the entire duration of our visit, and continued their conversation about whether it was. A little courtesy goes a long way.

Walked past and spotted a book I was looking to buy for my son, a signed, exclusive edition. I went in to purchase and experienced great customer service. Will certainly be going again to make future purchases.

Always brilliant people, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I love to visit the shop, where there is a selection of associated lovely things, such as jigsaws, cards , note pads etc. Very good for present buying.The on line order service works well. There is good communication around the order and a prompt message when your book is ready to collect.I like to use local shops and this is one of the best in Warwick.David Cox

A few weeks ago, I entered the shop with no mask on (I have an exemption).From the staffs facial expression, I was made to feel very uncomfortable. This compelled me to explain I have an exemption. At which point, she sprayed hand sanitizer on my hand.I was made to feel like a dirty refusenik.Will not visit again.
