Vision Express of Warwick provided myself with a comprehensive level of service.Firstly I had preliminary eye health screening including a new OCT Scan for early detection of a number of eye conditions including macular oedema. Basically the OCT machine captures a thousand images of one's eyes, from the retina all the way through to the optic nerve. From this a highly detailed 3D image is created, allowing Vision Express to fuliy understand the health of your eyes.Whilst there is an additional £10 fee for this service, I felt it was well worth it.Next came my eye test which lasted about 25 minutes and was very thorough, with the Optician taking the time to clearly explain the findings including showing me on-screen images of my eyes plus explaining clearly the overall health of my eyes.I have awarded Vision Express of Warwick 4 Stars, they would have got 5 Stars, except I like Oakley's frames and unfortunately this store has decided to no longer sell Oakley's, so there was a very small remaining choice of frames from Oakley's limiting my choice significantly.That said apart from this, the whole experience from arrival to health screening, to eye test plus selection of new glasses flowed seamlessly, with caring plus professional staff.Highly recommended.

SpecSavers have opened a new shop opposite in Warwick. Inside Vision Express the people and service is fantastic but on the outside it looks old and tired. I want to see VE continue to do well so please tidy up the outside.

First time using Vision Express, well I honestly cannot fault the staff here, very pleasant and very professional, we wasn?t rushed and they took their time to explain everything.Everything was explained through each step of the eye test and explained why she was doing it, making sure my eyes was healthy and what needed to be done to improve anything.Definitely deserve the 5 star rating.Will be using again for my next routine checkJust been back today (13/05/2022) as I needed new frames due to me breaking my current ones at work, went in and explained what I needed, they luckily had the last pair of frames in I needed, they fitted my lenses to my replacement frames and away I went, I was in, fitted and paid within 10 mins, again continuously great service

Very helpful, professional and friendly staff who took the time to go through everything thoroughly. Thank you for your help! If full PPE was worn, masks worn by all visitors and more ventilation, as it says on the website, I would have felt a bit safer, more reassured and given 5 stars. Nevertheless, thanks for your help.

the staff is always very nice and inviting, they offer advice without being intrusive. they were the reason i returned to the warwick site rather than the one in leamington, as the warwick team is always more relaxed and let you browse and find what you need without making a fuss about it. the store manager was extremely helpful during my last visit and i will always be happy to visit the warwick branch.
