Friendly staff, big clean area, and wide variety of drinks and snacks. The ham and cheese toastie (heated up) was really good. And the egg nog latte is my new favourite lux hot drink.

STAFF SO RUDE ON THE PHONE TODAY 11/08/2024
SO I WENT TO LEAMINGTON SPA STORE YESTERDAY AFTERNOON TO BUY 2 X DRINKS AND 2 CAKES TO TAKE AWAY, WHEN I WAS DRVING BACK I WAS DRINKING THE DRAGON FRUITS ICE DRINK AND THE FIRST DRINK WAS OK HAS I TAKEN THE SECOND DRINK I COULD TASTE UNWANTED HAIR IN MY MOUTH , AT FIRST I WAS THINIKING IT WAS THE DRAGON FRUIT BITS , IT TURNED OUT TO BE HAIR OF WHICH , I WAS SHOCKED. I CALLED STARBUCKS AT 14.43 YESTERDAY AFTER THIS HAPPEND. THE SUPPORT VERY UNSUPORTIVE AND REALLY. NO OFFER TO COME DOWN AND CHANGED THE DRINK THE THING HE SAID WAS, I WILL MAKE SURE THE STAFF DO JOB CORRECT. TODAY I PHONED AND SPOKEN TO MALE MEMBER OF STAFF AT 12.47, HE WAS RUDE PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME REFLUSED TO PROVIDED ANY CONTRACT DETAILS FOR SENIOR MANAGERMENT. I HAD TO PHONE BACK AGAIN SECOND TIME ROUNND AT 12.49. I AM REALLY DISPOINTED WITH IT ALL.

First visit, a Sat afternoon. I?m exhausted and saw this place whilst about to go shopping.
Polite and hardworking staff, a pleasure.
The style is fantastic, is light, cool, airy and roomy with really easy decor.
Access via the outside or from in-store.
Different chair types to suit. I might recommend mixing up the locations though.
I had a flat white made with oat milk. I found the taste to be pleasant. The drink was silky and slipped down my throat all too easily. (I?m not usually a Starbucks fan!).
Parking: Sainsbury parking 4hrs ?
Wheelchair accessibility: Store has a lot of room to move around in. Plenty of floor space.
