The greasy haired woman with bad teeth serving needs to stop gossiping about the previous customer. Very opinionated little woman and makes for a disappointing shopping experience. Also, my life has been incomplete since they stopped doing the tiny 5 pack selection of cheese. But that?s my own problem ?. Happy shopping people, happy shopping

Incredibly rude staff, if you can find any. Remarkable deterioration.

I know it?s a small version of the ?big? Sainsbury?s but it could definitely offer more variety of products.Mainly using it on Sundays when other nearby shops are closed.

Sad to see it decline so so much. New management are rubbish not many longer severing staff left. However if you want an Argos delivery jump straight to the front of the queue or can't operate the self service till because that's how the manager operates. Wouldn't even engage in a conversation how rude shop elsewhere in future.

Rude staff who huffed and pulled a face when we were being served. It's your job......if you don't like it, find something else. We don't always want to use self service. Then seriously slow scanning items and packing. Other staff member complaining about job too. The actual store is fine for basics and last minute things.

An outrageously rude member of staff, who refused to say what position she held when I asked. She was not in Sainsburys attire, or wearing an ID badge, but could obviously reboot the self service tills. In the rudest and most peremptory fashion she gave me incorrect information and when I pointed this out to her she persisted. She was then supported in her rudeness by another member of staff! Both refused to provide me with details of their supervisor.

I?m disgusted!! My 77 year old Nan was refused entry into the store last week on a red hot day because apparently too many people had been in previously! This was at 10:50am and she was told the store wasn?t reopening until 11:30.
I?m so angry now she?s just told me!!

I just popped into my local Sainsbury on Coton End to pick up a few bits. There was a short queue outside that led onto the car park. A staff member asked politely if people would queue along the path along the store for safety. One man refused saying the cars could see him so whats the problem ! The manager was called and everyone except this one individual compiled. I was now in the store when this man barged in throwing goods in his bag, not a basket shouting he was shopping for an elderly person so they could not stop him. The police were called but he left leaving the manager in tears after his aggressive torrent of abuse.
The lady who served me said they experience this type of abuse everyday, this is unacceptable and as with all our other key workers shop assistants should be applauded for keeping our shops open in spite of the behaviour they have to endure by some of the general public. I hope this man feels ashamed of himself and has the desensy to apologise. Stay safe people but also be respectful and kind to all those keeping this community going.
