Just wanted to share that I went into the store today to enquire about an emerald ring in the window and asked if they would take my current ring in part exchange to be told we wouldn't buy it because we only deal with quality diamonds. She was very rude there was no need to make me feel like that. Maybe need to review your customer service skills.

By far the best antique jeweller in the country. I have shopped here since my early 20s, and went into a career supporting independent jewellers and they are by far one of the best. The staff are just fabulous. There really is nothing they can?t do for you. Whether it is sourcing the piece you are after or Turning your old piece into something new! I don?t know where be without the team at Russell Lane. Thank you to Andrea for all the years of memories and ?chats? when coming in to the store. ??????????
