Absolutely terrible service at the Post Office. What a rude miserable man. Didn't acknowledge my 'good morning' just ignored me then walked off. He returned a few minutes later and still ignoring me carried on moving parcels about on the counter. In the end I left, telling him I was off to the Post Office in Henley in Arden where they are pleasant and personable. I will never go to his shop or Post Office again. Nasty man.

Disgusting service, stood waiting at the post office for over 10 minutes and no one turned up. Asked 3 times in the shop if there was anyone working, she said to go and wait some more! When I did eventually get served it was the worst customer service. I won't be using this post office again.

I have been to this post office numerous times. Every single time the service has been absolutely appalling. This is my local post office but I dread going in here as every time they treat me with rudeness. I will NOT be returning and I do not recommend this post office to anyone.

Nice little shop that seems bigger inside. Also has a bakery inside with a range of pies. Handy spot to get supplies if you moor your canal boat on the Warwick side of the Shrewley Tunnel, and follow the path up to the village on the way to the local pub.

Had the same experience as Sue. Just visited, unfortunately just missed the 1pm closing time by ensuring to park considerately, and a soon as I got through the door with my parcel he said in a very abrupt tone ' post office is closed it closes at 1'. The nearby post offices at Hampton Magna and Lapworth offer polite and efficient service as you would expect, go there instead.

I visit this shop often and it has never failed to provide me with what I am looking for. It is now part of the 'Spar' chain of shops and often has many good deals.

Easily accessible from the canal towpath. Sells most things you might want, newspapers, pies, samosas, bread. Shame no signs from the towpath.

I am sorry to say that I have found the post master to be unhelpful and rude. He has a poor attitude and would not appear to enjoy his work. Although this is my closest post office I now go elsewhere.
