This was a somewhat disappointing experience for what was our work colleagues pre-Christmas meal. For the set Xmas menu there was only one vegan pasta option which was the pepperonata. When it arrived it was so spicy hot that I couldn't eat it. There were sliced red chillies in it. This was totally unexpected. The staff members were very apologetic and returned my bowl to the kitchen, got me a replacement without chillies and also took it off my bill. This was good customer service and the staff were very attentive and friendly overall.
The replacement pasta dish was unremarkable when it arrived. Not much of a taste to it. I would definitely think twice before visiting another Pizza Express.
Also, the restrooms left a lot to be desired. They had peeling paint and looked very shabby. Not what you would expect to find anywhere, let alone in the heart of Warwick.

I was there with my family and the food was fantastic. I would also like to thank Virginia who, apart from treating us sensationally well, showed us the best view of the castle and advised us on how to spend the day.

Tried to have a meal 3 times at this restaurant since moving to Warwick. Despite the restaurant being empty we have been refused everytime, very strange. Thankfully got in at the Dough and Brew despite the restaurant being packed, amazing pizza.
Pizza Express never refuse a pregnant women food!!

We were travelling back to London from Manchester and decided to get off the M40 and go out of our way to get pizza express. We checked the website before exiting and saw it closed at 10pm (we were going to arrive there at 9:20). When we arrived the lady at the counter told us they had shut because it was very quiet, 40 minutes early. Luckily there was a Lebanese place just down the road who was equally as quiet and closed at 10 as well, they happily seated us and we thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend to anyone in the area.

We had a lovely meal at pizza express yesterday. We were a large party of 14 with numerous children. We had to wait awhile for our drinks and needed to chase them a couple of times. Our server was I believe a girl named Gemma. She was fantastic, handled our large party well and interacted well with our children. They had a good selection of gluten free and dairy free options available

We had dinner on Sunday as we had tickets for a show. We booked early so we had 2 hours to eat which I thought would be plenty. It took an hour and 15 minutes to bring our drinks and starters. That was only after I complained. The food was good but we had to rush eating it. The waitress mentioned we got free dough balls if you downloaded the app which we did but then as we had a voucher for the dinner we ended up having to pay for dough balls we didn't want. We were sat right by the kitchen and it was so noisy and really was very unpleasant especially while waiting for so long. The waitress brought the bill at the end and had overcharged us on the bill. The whole experience was rubbish to be honest. We were stressed about missing the start of our show but by the time we'd realised the issue we were worried we wouldn't get anywhere else either. If there's a long wait for food, staff should let you know on arrival. I don't think there's any excuse for waiting over an hour for drinks.
