Convenient store with lots of options - they?ve worked hard to turn this around over the last year and you can see the effort - there is a high staff turnover over and this creates a compounded problem above the fact that they try to do too many things (like evri pickup)
Many of the issues relate to the types of people who come in and cause trouble not the staff. They?re trying their best.

Absolutely appalling please avoid at all costs. Clueless, careless staff, massive queues due to incompetence. Had to try to collect / return a parcel across several days as staff either cluless, machine not working, labels not being ordered, simply there's zero interest for the customer and zero management of this place. Wondering if anyone is actually reading this reviews as they clearly show the magnitude of the problem. Avoid if you can.

Place is a joke, not sure why rhe cant maintain staff levels cause there isnt any other shops closing early for lack of staff. Heard that managers are the reason for people not wanting to work here. Not even gonna waste my time checking to see if its open now, ill just go to sainsburys cause thats always open when it says it is.

Went too collect two parcels and the gentleman at the till had no idea which way was up and was obviously not bothered.He didn?t move too check the cage where all the parcels were being kept in full view of queuing customers- GDPR at its finest being able too read peoples names and addresses on there parcels stored In the que line . The person belled for assistance from his colleague ?Anthony ?to help him find the two parcels ( which I was quizzed about a few times that was there really only two parcels for collection). Anthony arrived and they had a back and forth about my two parcels , he asked me again had I had a confirmation email ? Yes I replied that day and the previous day.He then proceeded to check the open cage and found my two parcels, one was damaged , he asked would I like to take a photo of the damaged parcel - yes I will please - he then asked was my phone insured? I said no why ? He said If you get me in The photo I will smash your phone ! I said what and took the parcel from him and tookthe photo on the flat of the till platform. He then said oh I was kidding - seeing the shocked look on my face, I said your response wasExtremely aggressive and not necessary, I took my parcels and left , the store, it left me quite shaken and my husband was very annoyed , never will I step foot in that shop again- absolutely disgusting behaviour from there staff on duty on the 28/04/23.

Most of the staff are very nice and helpful, nothing against them. Even if it's a new trainee that doesn't have a care in the world and he is moving really slow, not asking for help from his colleagues.....still a nice staff. Went there in the morning around 7am and again 7 30, the doors were closed, lights on, with no announcement or anything why they're closed and when they are re-opening. Most of the people in that area rely on that shop because is opening really early (kudos for that), but everyone who was passing by was pushing on that door and no one was bothered to tell us why.

This is a convenience store for regular daily items, although you can find most things the management is very poor, usually very very under staff, so there is long queue at the till. Also they are collection point for EVRi, however most of the times they either don't have any one to give out the parcels or their scanner or hardware is corrupt. In many occasions it has taken me several attempts and days to be able to collect a parcel. So avoid if you can!
