£5.25 for a 150g Lindt hazelnut chocolate bar is absolutely mental! I couldn?t believe the price and wish my salary had gone up to this degree , until I get paid double it?s the last time I will buy this here (still expensive in Tesco but £1 cheaper) what?s up - do they think everyone in Warwickshire is rich?

My partner and I stopped in for a snack and were met with rudeness from a staff member. Moments later, we saw her speak to a colleague, who then told a man his daughter couldn?t stand by the pump?despite him calmly explaining she had special needs and couldn?t be left alone. While policy is one thing, the staff member?s tone was unnecessarily harsh and made everyone, including her colleague, uncomfortable. As someone with customer service experience, I found the whole interaction unacceptable?and we never even got our receipt? just hope that staff member can have a bit of sympathy for families. Hope that family is ok.

Great staff, open literally all hours. As for prices, well it's an m&s garage. But the food is fantastic.

Unreliable as they are regularly closed even though the website says they?re open 24 hours.
On top of that, the customer service is usually terrible by the BP staff at the desk after 10pm.

Absolutely disgusting and unsympathetic pair of employees. Was ambulances into Warwick hospital and forgot my wallet. Two cashiers said we can't input a debit card details manually. Surely when it suits you when there's a problem you'll do it manually rather than lose sales.Totally couldn't care less. Great customer service NOT, never be in your shops ever again DISGUSTING

Surprisingly small choice of sandwiches available even though it was just noon. Check your receipt if you go for the meal deal as they have two prices

Stopped me from getting fuel for having my phone out....even though I was using it to pay for my fuel with THEIR BPme app. Idiots. And I was charged for something i didn't buy! I asked about the price of something, decided against it yet I found out later on it was still on my receipt! Actual stupidity.
