Always closed when meant to be open, or closing earlier and just sign in the door... Nothing against the staff but so frustrating the amount of times this happens.. Today again closed at half 2...

Been banking with this bank many years , unfortunately the service you sometimes receive is not as you would expect. Definitely gone down hill the last couple of years. After speaking to other people I?m not on my own thinking this ,Warwick has lost some really good banks . And 1 of the banks we?ve been left with is Lloyds. I would definitely not recommend this bank,

Lloyd's is not my bank any more as they messed up my accounts etc, but that's not this branches fault as most of the issues happened online/with Lloyd's themselves. Whenever I went in here they were great!

LLoyds in Swan st. Warwick is shut at 5pm. on a Thursday allthough advertised as 7pm.......just been there.

The bank itself was very nice. The layout is practical, the decor is professional and the open plan serving desk feels very trusting and friendly for a bank. On that, I would give 5 stars.
But there was a small queue and when I got to the cashier I felt very rushed. The cashier was much more concerned with processing me than me. As such I left feeling like they'd not really understood what I'd asked for or answered my questions properly. On that basis I have dropped the star.
