Great to see the cafe busy on a Saturday morning. Lovely warm welcome, great food and a cosy atmosphere. Staff handled the situation well when I walked out having forgotten to pay! Ooops! Will definitely be back soon!

Met a friend here for a drink on a Sunday morning. Clearly a very popular place! Such a lovely cafe and great staff. Nel even came to see us before we left to introduce herself. I will be back again to enjoy a breakfast - they smelt amazing!

We stumbled across Nels by pure chance and since then it is our go to place. everyone is lovely and inviting and it has a bookish chalet charm. perfect for a quick bite or a coffee and cake with friends.

Love coming to Nel's, the service has always been friendly and even though the menu isn't huge, everything they do is done exceptionally well and the food is delicious. We also enjoy coming here on the weekends during the summer so we can sit outside and watch the cricket being played.

This is a gem of a cafe. I?ve been many times for a local book club and then on plenty of occasions since the new management took over. Most recently for a birthday breakfast for 8 people. It?s sometimes difficult eating out in large groups but all the food was delivered quickly, correctly and most importantly it was delicious!
Well worth a visit, plus there?s a bookshop on site which is always a lovely bonus.
