R great day at castle. Food good, if slightly pricey.staff and service first class. Big down side was night club music from nearby venue playing really loud till late. Families with young children won't get to sleep. I must stress this is outside of castle and no way associated with..but very much a downside of overnight stay.

*edited. After much chasing only received an email repeating what I stated with some sort of an excuse after about them sending me the information in an email before my stay, which never happened. ALSO, please note. The bunk bed states a minimum age of 6 with a maximum weight of 18kg. How is that even possible?? What sort of kids do they expect to sleep up there? Most 6 or 7 year olds are over 18kg!
OVERALL UNDERWHELMING AND UNCOMFORTABLE- Do not stay here. Go to holiday inn, or even travellodge.....it is a million times better in every area!!
Extremely unhappy with the lack of communication here!!!! Feel like it opened in a rush without proper thought.
1) nowhere in my emails or texts did it mention anything about discounted castle tickets.
2) nowhere in my emails or texts did it mention you need to pre book a breakfast slot...we are a party of 10 and are here for one night for mums 60th. It cost us £300 a room for one night!!!! We will now be eating at strange times and separately as 730 and 10am are not easy times to work with.
3) no phone in room so had to keep walking back and forth to reception
4) no signs or proper leaflets or maps showing what bars or restaurants are open until what time, no information on times of warwick castle etc.
5) bunk beds....well.... they aren't single bed size, more like toddler beds with a huge 8inch gap down the side.
6) hairdryer chord is coiled and stretches less than a metre so when I dried my hair near the front door (as kids were asleep) I had to bend down. The hairdryer is only really useful at the desk.
7) no instructions on the fancy shower which has no labels on the knobs so took me a while to figure it out and even get temperature right. The shower head has a button and it took a while to figure that out.
8) the room only has a desk and one chair so for a family it would be nice if there was even a little table with maybe one more chair?
9) no instructions next to the fancy heating and air-conditioning unit. (My parents who are not techy had to ask reception to help).
10) Breakfast was too simple considering "superb breakfast" is advertised .....the "orange juice" is orange squash! No hot drink machines, just simple coffee and tea and hot chocolate available to make yourself. Would have liked a cappuccino or latte or something.
11) asked for hot or warm milk for toddler......but only cold milk available and they said they can't warm it.
12) the pillows.....so large and high, not for kids or even adults (unless you want neck ache!) We had to roll up a duvet and make our own pillow.
Spoke to a number of guests this morning who are equally extremely underwhelmed and disappointed.
Overall I am just really cross that we spent £300 per room per night for 4 rooms. It was for mums 60th so we expected a nice special stay. Premier inn is much more comfortable, has flexible breakfast, evening food, bars, proper beds, larger rooms, amazing information at reception, online and in rooms (Leaflets!!) a phone. ......... and it costs £70 pounds a night. The evening "entertainment" was a lady princess who just made the kids run up and down and play what's the time Mr wolf style games. Kids loved it but just so underwhelming.
The reception were so friendly and helpful but it's a shame that this special night away was ruined by such poor planning and execution of what could have been a great hotel.
The plus side is they gave us our warwick castle tickets free however they want us to go to the ticket office tomorrow to obtain a refund for our 10 full priced tickets we paid for..... so I am not looking forward to waiting in line to do this at peak time on a Sunday!

Stayed Thursday - Friday after opening on the Monday. We were so impressed with the hotel and breakfast! Easy check in and out. Breakfast about 30 metres from hotel in Knights Village. Parking right outside and with a 5 minute walk of the castle entrance. Would highly recommend and expect we'll stay again!!
I haven't down graded as was brilliant but didn't receive any info about car parking so asked and didn't receive information about breakfast, again just checked with reception! So don't worry if you don't receive this in the emails! ????????

We stayed at the brand new Warwick Castle Hotel in the Knights Village.
Lobby, with the animatronic horse and 'paintings' really gives it the wow factor.
First time I've seen an automated check-in with a machine printing your room key.
As its just opened, everything was incredibly clean and shiny.
Staff were helpful and even went to find hot chocolate for my little gal.
The inclusive 'evening entertainment' is between 6-8pm and is designed for the under 10's and consists of sword play, archery and games. Kids enjoyed it, but I was expecting a show.
Rooms: Amazing rooms beautifully themed.
Food & drinks: Inclusive breakfast is OK but nothing special, no medieval theme and the pastries served were stale.

Worth every penny. Beautiful rooms, adults and kids both loved this. Actors came around in the evening and taught the kids at 'Knight school' then proceeded to duel with each other. Easy access to Warwick castle itself. Food in the restaurant was extortionate but good quality and plenty of it.

We came to Warwick Castle and stayed in the Knights Village 6/30 ? 7/1. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our overnight stay included complimentary breakfast, one-day entrance tickets to the castle, and free parking. We also opted for a delightful dinner at an additional cost. The room, fit for 5 people, boasted a luxurious regal and medieval decor, with a double bed in the main room while the three twin beds were in a separate room with a set of bunk beds and a trundle bed
There was a show in the evening, we did not get to see it in its entirety because we were at dinner when it began, but it seemed to be a battle and banter between two knights. The buffet-style breakfast was a delightful spread of breads, cereals, tomatoes, breakfast meats, and eggs. Our contactless check-out was a breeze, and overall, our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit. It really adds to the whole experience.

Wonderful place to stay in the lodges.
Not sure if I would be too keen on the glamping and having to share a toilet.
Brilliant show for the kids in the evening.
Wonderful buffet breakfast and lovely staff.
Expensive but worth it
Medieval now has an A in it
Rooms: Very spacious and bunk beds for the kids

A great family experience for any history or medieval fan. A fantastic location on the grounds of the castle and walking distance of the town. I would say it's a little on the dearer side for what it is and you can get somewhat impacted by the concerts, but the pros outweighed this for me

We stayed for a few days in the Knigh's Village. Our cabin was medieval themed, spacious, clean and well appointed. It was cleaned and stocked up with tea/coffee and snacks every day. Food is served in the reception/banquet hall. The breakfasts were good however I thought the dinner served was too expensive (nearly £90 for 3 people) for what was basically roast beef, vegetables & gravy on a platter to share.

Stayed in a Knight's Lodge, really nice fun place to spend a couple of Zog filled days and nights.
We loved the atmosphere of the village, our 2 year old really enjoyed exploring. Lots of ducks, lots of woodland, open spaces. It's really nice.
We also enjoyed story time.
Breakfast buffet was good.
Evening banquet/carvery was as you'd expect, no complaints but obviously not cheap.
Our little one was down for the night at 7, so the evening entertainment wasn't really for us, and apart from the previously mentioned story-time there isn't a whole load else to do apart from roam about.
It's absolutely crying out for a playground, particularly when you have breakfast at 0730 and have to then wait until 1000 for the castle itself to open its doors.

Brilliant! Try to do the weekend as I don't think everything can be done in one day. Excellent shows ....do them all! The food at the knights camp is marvellous. The showers and loos are spotless. Just go!?

**DO NOT STAY HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU OR YOUR CHILD/REN HAVE DISABILITIES**
We stayed here on the 21/06/2024 after getting tickets via a charity. After emailing ahead of time to make the team aware of all additional needs/disabilities we were assured by the Warwick Castle team that the site was accessibility friendly, there was electricity to charge all necessary devices.
Not only did our electric go off meaning devices could not be charged, but when we attended reception to inform them, nobody got sent out, and when we went back to chase them the desk was empty and unmanned.
Our fire alarm went off at 12:04am waking the children (one with autism and sensory issues causing a total meltdown) wirh no explanation to why this had happened.
Children were kept awake by noisy security guards sat directly outside of our tent.
The food in the restaurant is not only disgustingly overpriced, but we were charged for 2 extra plates and a drink we didn?t order bringing the bill to over £80.00 for two adults and two children to have a tiny plate and one drink.
When raised with the on duty manager we were assured we would receive a phone call and a refund and to contact them after we had left - and they have since been unreachable!!

A wonderful experience to share with your family. The hawks/birds predators, the mediaeval games and children theatre all worth the tickets cost. I highly recommend visiting Warwick village.

Booked for a night for 4 people inc 2 children. Abysmal. Staff had no idea what they were doing, the electric had shut off and we waited all evening for someone to come after notifying, and they didn?t at all. The fire alarm kept going off randomly, the kids couldn?t use the night lights, my medical equipment wasn?t able to be charged and I ended up severely unwell. No sleep due to staff standing behind our tent shouting down their walkie talkies constantly. Kept complaining and asking but no one came to assist with electric or any of the other issues. Dinner was APPALLING! we went and had 2 small plates as one child is tube fed and the other has SEN. They couldn?t even bring the birthday cake out properly, took half hour for them to come store it too. We got charged for 4 plates and extra drinks we didn?t even order, and the woman told us ?tough it?s gone through? and told us her manager wasn?t there. Went through everything, some stuff I?ve missed out, with the manager, and offered half off my stay that?s it. And the restaurant won?t refund the £40 odd they added to the charge for no reason. Seriously appalled at all of this. Wasted 3 adult tickets and 2 child tickets at Warwick castle the next day because no one had been able to sleep or anything so we went home. Thanks guys for nothing.
